Region Appraisals does BPOs, short sales, REO appraisals, divorce appraisals, estate appraisals, individual market analysis appraisals, residential appraisals for single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family properties. Regional Appraisals is FHA qualified. We provide Property Tax Appeal Services. We work with a Commercial Appraisal company for Commercial appraisal services.

We are Florida State Certified Residential Appraisers, FHA Approved, with memberships in the North Miami Chamber of Commerce and National Realtors Association.

How long will it take to get the report back? Back to top
We do our best to deliver assignments with 72 hours of completing the field inspection. However, it may depend on the complexity of the assignment. We do not rush the work if additional time is needed to gather information or to verify various data. Our priority is to delivery a well-written and accurate appraisal report. At times, we do take upon “Emergency” assignments with quicker turnaround time.
Do you have to get inside the property for the inspection? Back to top
The only time we would not get inside of the property is for a Drive-by (Exterior-only) appraisal. Uniform appraisal standards require us to take interior photos of the property.
Do you do FHA appraisals? Back to top
Yes. Region Appraisals is approved by the U.S. Department and Urban Development (HUD) to be on the FHA Appraiser Roster.
